Autumn 2023 Covid Booster Vaccinations

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR THE COVID BOOSTER

You must have had the primary course of covid vaccinations. If you have not, you must contact Hywel Dda Health Board on 0300 303 8322 or email: COVIDenquiries.hdd@wales.nhs.uk

It must have been 3 months since your last covid vaccination

There must be an interval of 28 days since covid infection 

COVID PASS

If you have a query about your Covid pass please contact the Welsh Covid Vaccine Certification Service on 0300 303 5667 or email Vaccine.Certification@swansea.gov.uk. Passes are no updated immediately following your vaccination so there may be a delay on your information being up to date
