THE PRACTICE OPERATES A ZERO FACILITIES POLICY FOR PATIENTS INCLUDING PHYSICAL OR STAFF
We will discuss the problem with any patient we consider falls into this category and try to work our way around the problem.
However, if a patient does not cooperate then we will ask Hywel Dda University Health Board to remove the patient from our list. For serious abuse, the police will be called to remove the culprit from the premises.
However, we cannot tolerate any behavior that threatens or abuses the doctors or staff or other patients who visit the surgery site.
